The British boxer is set to fight Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming bout.
Former two-time unified boxing king Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to really want to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - normally known for his showmanship - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' states he will put on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to punish Paul, Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his rival's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily fought mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's biggest financial successes, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a stoppage in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly being planned for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters met for the usual confrontation, with their size difference on show, it highlighted just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is actually proceeding.
